Vegan Vanillekipferl

Vanillekipferl are traditional Austrian christmas shortbread cookies made with flour, butter, almonds, sugar and vanilla. The cookies are dusted generously with vanilla sugar for their distinctive taste. 

This vegan version of these cookies contains organic refined flour and icing sugar.  Absolutely delicious and very addictive. Please make sure to try these treats this holiday season !
