This "feisty" French confection is traditionally made with egg white, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond meal, and food colouring and is a notorious baking nightmare. The vegan version is nothing easier.
This combination offer includes 2 chocolate, 2 caramel and 2 raspberry macarons.
As always, completely vegan, free of chemical, preservative and food colour !
And just so you know, macarons are also gluten-free :)

Ingredients: almond, icing sugar, cocoa, protein, water, xantham, cocoa butter, agar, soy milk, caramel, raspberry, salt, vanilla, lemon, chocolate, organic unrefined sugar.
