Product information: This cake is made with three layers of Organic whole wheat vanilla cake layered with homemade hazelnut praline and organic pineapple  and homemade vegan caramel flavored nondairy whipped cream. 

The pineapple used for this cake has been grown organically and procured during season. The fruit is homefrozen without the use of any chemicals and preservatives. 

As usual, it is refined flour and refined sugar free and uses organic ingredients where possible as also aluminum free baking powder.

This cake has been topped with fresh seasonal fruit. 

Ingredients: Organic whole wheat, organic cane sugar, baking soda, aluminum free baking powder, organic pineapple, vegetable oil, and soy based non dairy whipped cream, hazelnut, vegetable oil, organic rock salt.
