Product information: Three layers of vegan and organic whole wheat vanilla flavoured sponge, filled and frosted with homemade organic strawberry preserve flavoured non dairy whipped cream, layered with diced mangoes and accented with sugar beads and wafer paper flowers. 

Refined sugar and refined flour free, uses aluminium free baking powder and only natural fruit derived flavours. No artificial flavourings or preservatives used.

Please note that the fruit used for your cake when not in season and not immediately available per your order date will be home frozen organic produce as procured in season and will not contain any chemical or preservation agents what so ever. This fruit is also free of any or all added sweetening. 

Ingredients: organic whole-wheat, organic cane sugar, plant milk, aluminium  free baking powder, baking soda, non dairy whipped cream, organic mangoes, vegetable oil,  vanilla bean, strawberries, sugar beads, wafer paper.
