Product information: This cake is made with two layers of Organic whole wheat vanilla cake layered with tinned pineapple and vanilla flavored nondairy whipped cream. 

As usual, it is refined flour and refined sugar free and uses organic ingredients where possible as also aluminum free baking powder.

Ingredients: Organic whole wheat, organic cane sugar, baking soda, aluminum free baking powder, tinned pineapple, vegetable oil, and soy based non dairy whipped cream
