Product information: This cake is made with two layers of Organic whole wheat vanilla cake layered with organic pineapple and vanilla flavored nondairy whipped cream. 

The pineapple used for this cake has been grown organically and procured during season. The fruit is homefrozen without the use of any chemicals and preservatives. 

As usual, it is refined flour and refined sugar free and uses organic ingredients where possible as also aluminum free baking powder.

Ingredients: Organic whole wheat, organic cane sugar, baking soda, aluminum free baking powder, organic pineapple, vegetable oil, and soy based non dairy whipped cream
