Product information: This is a two-layer organic whole wheat vanilla cake baked with candied orange peel. The cake is brushed with homemade organic strawberry preserve, filled in with seasonal organic kinnow and organic strawberry and frosted with strawberry preserve flavoured non-dairy whipping cream. 

The cake is accented with fresh strawberries and kinnow segments when it season and themed with vegan fondant accents which are removable. 

Uses organic whole wheat, organic cane sugar, aluminium free baking powder, home-made organic strawberry preserve and is completely preservation free and baked from scratch to order.
