Made in the style of a traditional pound cake, this orange and lemon rind flavoured vanilla cake is made with organic refined flour. The cake is studded with strawberry and blueberries, covered with a raspberry coulis and homemade vegan white chocolate.
All flavours used are natural and no artificial essences have been used.
