Made in the style of a traditional pound cake, this orange and lemon rind flavoured vanilla cake is made with organic refined flour. The cake is studded with strawberry and blueberries, covered with a raspberry coulis and homemade vegan white chocolate. 

All flavours used are natural and no artificial essences have been used. 

Made with organic unrefined sugar,  uses aluminium free baking agents and contains no preservation, chemical or transfat

Ingredients: Organic maida / refined flour, cornflour, oil, organic cane sugar, aluminium free baking powder , aluminium free baking soda, blueberries, strawberry, raspberry, cocoa butter, coconut milk, vanilla, vegan butter, coconut oil, plant milk, icing sugar, organic rock salt , vanilla, vinegar, lemon juice.
