Product information: This cake is made with three layers of Organic whole wheat vanilla cake layered with lemon flavoured non dairy whipped cream. 

The cake is topped with a lemon curd insert.  

As usual, it is refined flour and refined sugar free and uses organic ingredients where possible as also aluminum free baking powder.
