Product information: The chocolate cake that pays homage to the best plum cake in the world. This is an organic wholewheat chocolate cake, soaked in rum and filled with liquor soaked dry fruits including cashewnuts , mangoes , kiwis , strawberry, apricot, prune, cranberry, raisins , sultanas, oranges, cherries, pineapple and orange peels ! 

The spice mix for the cake contains organic cinnamon , nutmeg, cloves, ginger and star anise. 

The cake is covered with Belgian chocolate ganache and accented with flavoured non dairy whipped cream.
