This particular pickle batch is completely organic. The pickle is a wonderful balance of tangy, sweet and spicy and makes a flavourful addition to meals.

Refined flour free and refined sugar free, contain no preservation, chemical or transfat. 

Ingredients:  Organic carrot, organic cauliflower , organic turnip, organic ginger, organic garlic, organic degi mirch, organic apple cider vinegar , organic mustard , organic rock salt, organic jaggery, organic black cardamom, organic nutmeg, organic cloves ,  organic black pepper, organic cloves, organic zeera, organic onion, organic cold pressed mustard oil,

Storage and handling: The pickle should be stored in an air tight container. It should never be exposed to any water what so ever.
