Product information: Three layers of vegan and organic whole wheat vanilla flavoured sponge, filled and frosted with organic mangoes flavoured non dairy whipped cream, layered generously with diced mango and topped with an organic mango gel. 

Refined sugar and refined flour free, uses aluminium free baking powder and only natural fruit and spice derived flavours. No artificial flavourings or preservatives used.

This is a seasonal product. Fresh fruit or home frozen fruit is used in your cakes depending on season and availability at the time of ordering. 

Ingredients: organic whole-wheat, organic cane sugar, plant milk, aluminium  free baking powder, baking soda, non dairy whipped cream, organic mangoes, agar, vegetable oil, organic rock salt.
