Lemon and blueberry tart With vodka-mint jelly beans and peach jelly

The tart shell is made of organic whole wheat and cold pressed canola oil. The lemon filling is made with cashews , coconut, agar and unrefined organic sugar. The blueberry topping is made with locally sourced fresh blueberries. The tart is accented with vodka and mint Jellybeans, homemade peach jelly and wholewheat shortbread. All these use unrefined organic sugar. 

Refined flour free and refined sugar free,  uses aluminium free baking agents and contains no preservation, chemical or transfat

Ingredients: Organic Wholewheat flour, oil, organic cane sugar, agar, aluminium free baking powder , aluminium free baking soda, cashews, coconut cream,  organic rock salt , vanilla, lemon, vodka, peaches, mint syrup, blueberry.
