This intense organic wholewheat chocolate bundt cake is layered throughout with cinnamon cookie dough, Belgian chocolate (Callebaut) and macerated cherries. It is then doused in our signature Belgian chocolate ganache (100% Callebaut !) infused with coffee and Jack Daniels. Finally, this masterpiece is brought to life with beautifully molded fresh plum jelly, and hazelnut praline. 

Every element of this cake is made with organic and unrefined ingredients. All flavours used are natural and no artificial essences have been used. 

Refined flour free and refined sugar free,  uses aluminium free baking agents and contains no preservation, chemical or transfat
