Flavored with lemon juice and lemon rind, this cheesecake has a crunchy crust made with homemade gluten-free flour, organic cane sugar and aluminum free baking agents. 

The cheesecake body is baked and made without the use of any gluten or binding agents.

Ingredients: organic sorghum / rice, potato starch, cornflour, Vegetable oil, organic cane  sugar, aluminium free baking soda, aluminium free baking powder, lemon juice , lemon rind, apple cider vinegar, coconut milk, cashews (not organic), arrowroot, sesame, organic beans, organic rock salt.
