Product information: This cake is made with three layers of gluten-free vanilla cake layered with tinned pineapple and vanilla flavoured non dairy whipped cream.
As usual , it is refined flour and refined sugar free and uses organic ingredients where possible as also aluminium free baking powder.
Please note : we do not have a gluten-free kitchen facility.
