Gluten-free vanilla and fresh blueberry loaf
Product information: A gluten free loaf cake, studded amply with fresh blueberries.
The gluten free flour used for this cake is mixed at home and does not contain any binders natural or chemical like flax, agar, guar, xantham, psyllium etc.
The blueberry used for this cake is locally grown.
The cake is covered with a homemade vegan white chocolate glaze.

Ingredients: Gluten-free flour mix, gluten free baking powder, baking soda, rock salt, vegetable oil, unrefined Organic sugar, Madagascar vanilla, fresh Indian blueberries, cocoa butter, egg replacer, lemon, vinegar, coconut milk.

Storage and handling: The product should be stored airtight in a cool, dark place. It may be refrigerated to improve shelf life. If consuming a refrigerated cake please microwave on high for up to 30 seconds.
