Gluten free Organic strawberry cake - 700-750 grams

Product information: A gluten free vegan two layer vanilla and strawberry cake. 

This cake is made with a home made gluten free flour mix and does not contain any agar or xantham or guar gums. 

The cake is filled and frosted with home made organic strawberry preserve flavored non dairy whipping cream and is also layered with organic strawberries. This cake is seasonal. If ordered out of season we will be using home frozen organic strawberry for your cake. 

Please note : we do no have a gluten free kitchen facility. 

Refined sugar and refined flour free, uses aluminium free baking powder and only natural fruit and spice derived flavours. No artificial flavourings or preservatives used. 

Ingredients: Organic sorghum, organic tapioca, arrowroot, organic cane sugar, vegetable oil, Non dairy whipped cream, aluminum free baking powder, baking soda, plant milk, fresh / home frozen seasonal organic strawberry, vanilla .

Storage and handling: Cakes should be consumed immediately or within 3 days from purchase if refrigerated.

Shelf Life: For immediate consumption and no more than 3 days if refrigerated.
