Gluten-free, Organic Mango, and Cardamom Cake ( sugar free) (550-600 gms.)

Product information: Our sugar free food is exactly that - no form of sugar whatsoever is used. This cake is made with dates, and organic mangoes procured from local farmers in season and home frozen without any chemicals or preservatives. The cake is flavoured with organic cardamom and madagascar vanilla. 

The cake itself is made with organic sorghum, tapioca and arrowroot and no binders natural or chemical are used. 

Please note : we do not have a gluten-free kitchen facility.

Ingredients: Gluten free flour mix, dates, organic mango, organic cardamom, aluminium free baking soda, Aluminium free baking powder, cold pressed coconut oil, vinegar, organic rock salt.
