Product information: An organic Gluten free cake base lightly brushed with frosting made of Belgian chocolate ganache. 

Uses organic homemade gluten free flour mix, organic cane sugar , aluminium free baking powder and is completely preservatives free and made to order.

Please note: we do not have a Gluten free kitchen facility. 

Ingredients: Organic sorghum, arrowroot, tapioca, organic cane sugar, oil, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking soda, Callebaut dark chocolate

Storage and handling: The product should be stored airtight in a cool, dark place. It may be refrigerated to improve shelf life.
