Gluten-free chocolate cake with Jack daniels(700-800 gms.)

Product information: This two layer gluten free chocolate cake is baked with dates and does not use oil / fat in the cake sponge. The cake is frosted with Belgian chocolate ganache flavoured with Jack Daniels and dusted with callebaut cocoa powder. 

Please note : we do not have a gluten-free kitchen facility.

Ingredients: organic rice,  sorghum, tapioca, arrowroot, almonds, dates, aluminum free baking soda, aluminum free baking powder, cocoa powder, organic rock salt, vinegar, vanilla, callebaut chocolate, Jack Daniels whiskey
