Product information: Two layers of Gluten free chocolate sponge, layered with vegan salted caramel flavoured non dairy whipping cream, covered with Belgian chocolate ganache; accented with non dairy whipped cream piping.
Uses organic sorghum, tapioca, arrowroot, organic cane sugar, aluminum free baking powder, home-made vegan caramel and is completely preservation free and baked from scratch to order.
