Gluten-free Belgian chocolate and caramel cake - 700-800 grams

Product information: Two layers of Gluten free chocolate sponge, layered with vegan salted caramel flavoured non dairy whipping cream, covered with Belgian chocolate ganache; accented with non dairy whipped cream piping. 

Uses organic sorghum, tapioca, arrowroot, organic cane sugar, aluminum free baking powder, home-made vegan caramel and is completely preservation free and baked from scratch to order. 

PLEASE NOTE : WE DO NOT HAVE A GLUTEN FREE KITCHEN FACILITY. 

Ingredients: organic sorghum, tapioca, arrowroot, organic cane sugar, Callebaut dark chocolate, Rich whipping cream, aluminum free baking powder, baking soda, oil, cocoa powder, organic rock salt, vinegar.

Storage and handling: Cakes should be consumed immediately or within 3 days from purchase if refrigerated.
