Product informationWhen I started making doughnuts a couple of years back, we came up with two variants - the baked and the fried versions.  I remained unhappy with the density of yeast based whole-wheat doughnuts. The bran in the whole-wheat flour acts as little knives cutting the gluten structure which is created by yeast making whole-wheat yeasted goods heavier than their refined flour counterparts. 

I've finally successfully found a healthier and tastier option in these double chocolate organic whole wheat baked doughnuts which are both wholesome and delicious! Made with organic cane sugar and aluminium free baking agents these doughnuts incorporate in plenty callebaut cocoa making them an absolutely delectable treat. The doughnut glaze is also made with organic cane sugar, callebaut cocoa and Madagascar vanilla. 

All in all, definitely a treat worth your time ! 

Refined flour free and refined sugar free,  uses aluminium free baking agents and contains no preservation, chemical or transfat. 

Ingredients:Organic wheat flour, aluminium free baking powder, oil, organic cane sugar, plant milk, cocoa powder, madagascar vanilla, organic rock salt.
