Product information: A non alcoholic, whole wheat fruit cake. Vegan, organic and packed with orange peel, sultanas , dark raisins , cashews, apricots and cherries, this cake is brought to life with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove ! 

Ingredients: Organic whole wheat, organic cane sugar, vegetable oil, aluminium free baking powder, baking soda, plant milk, orange and lemon peels, sultanas, raisins, cashew-nuts, cherries, apricots, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, fresh fruit juice.

Storage and handling: The product should be stored airtight in a cool, dark place. It may be refrigerated to improve shelf life. If consuming a refrigerated cake please microwave on high for up to 30 seconds.
