Product information: Icecream-ing the summer with this three layer chocolate cake, filled with homemade organic vegan strawberry icecream, covered with non dairy whipping cream, hand-painted and accented with paper butterfly cutouts. 

As always this cake uses organic ingredients, no refined sugar , aluminium free baking powder and is completely preservative free !

Ingredients: organic wheat, organic cane sugar,whipping cream, cocoa powder, almond/soy milk, aluminium free baking powder , baking soda, coconut cream, oil, organic strawberries, cornstarch/arrowroot, cocoa butter, organic rock salt, date / sorghum syrup

Storage and handling: Cakes should be consumed immediately or within 3 days from purchase if refrigerated. Ice cream cakes should be stored frozen and thawed in the refrigerator at least 60-120 minutes prior to consumption. 

Shelf Life: For immediate consumption and no more than 3 days if refrigerated.
