Product information: Vegan and organic chocolate and salted caramel cake with  praline.  Three layers of chocolate sponge, filled with home-made vegan salted caramel flavoured non dairy whipping cream, and covered with Belgian chocolate ganache. The cake is also filled with home made cashew praline.

Ingredients: organic wheat, organic cane sugar, Callebaut dark chocolate, Rich whipping cream, almond/soy milk, baking powder, baking soda, vegetable oil, organic rock salt, cashew.
