Product information: Three layers of vegan and organic whole wheat chocolate and coffee flavoured sponge, filled and frosted with salted caramel flavoured non dairy whipped cream, layered generously with home  made hazelnut praline and covered with Belgian chocolate ganache. The cake top is piped with caramel favoured non-dairy whipped cream, vegan salted caramel and accented with sugar pearls. 

Refined sugar and refined flour free, uses aluminum free baking powder and only natural flavours. No artificial flavourings or preservatives used.

Ingredients: organic whole-wheat, organic cane sugar, plant milk, aluminum  free baking powder, baking soda, non dairy whipped cream, cocoa, vegetable oil,  Belgian chocolate, instant coffee, hazelnut.
