Three layers of organic whole wheat chocolate sponge, filled with home-made organic orange marmalade flavoured non dairy whipping cream, and covered with belgian chocolate ganache. 

This cake is made with organic whole wheat, organic cane sugar, aluminium free baking powder and is completely transfat-free and Preservative-free. The chocolate used has no transfat content . 

Most flavours used at Bakeart are natural seasonal fruit derived and hence impart a mild taste as compared to their chemical counterparts. Also, in combination with flavours like chocolate, citrus or any other fruit flavours get highly muted. This cake hence has a very mild citrus flavour that comes through with the chocolate

Ingredients: organic wheat, organic cane sugar, Callebaut dark chocolate, Rich whipping cream, almond/soy milk, baking powder , baking soda, coconut cream, oil, organic marmalade.
