Product information: A gluten free loaf cake, studded amply with dried blueberries.

Ingredients: Gluten-free flour mix, gluten free baking powder, baking soda, soy milk, salt, cold pressed organic coconut oil, vanilla, dried blueberries.

Storage and handling: The product should be stored airtight in a cool, dark place. It may be refrigerated to improve shelf life. If consuming a refrigerated cake please microwave on high for up to 30 seconds.
