Vegan Kokosbusserl
Product information: Kokosbusserl or coconut kisses are Viennese delicacies made with egg whites, sugar and dessicated coconut. These are simple, light and are typically enjoyed the year round and not just at Christmas.
This vegan rendition is typically Viennese in its recreation. The cookies are made using vegan eggwhites (I don't work with aquafaba), icing sugar and dessicated coconut. The Kokosbusserl is effortlessly gluten free and also free of any chemical baking agents- a stiff meringue folded in with sugar and coconut.
