Vegan eclairs

Product information: The vegan choux paste has been very hard to crack.  Made entirely of eggs and butter it has been my singular nightmare. Well not anymore !  

These vegan eclairs are PERFECT and might I add - critic approved 😃. So bite into a crisp shell filled with a soft delicious creme patisserie and covered with Callebaut chocolate. This is what heaven is made of ! 

The eclairs are made with refined flour and unrefined organic sugar,  use aluminium free baking agents and contains no preservation, chemical or transfat. 

Ingredients:Organic refined wheat flour, corn flour, egg replacer,  aluminium free baking powder, baking soda, vegan butter organic cane sugar, plant milk, Callebaut chocolate, madagascar vanilla, organic rock salt.

Storage and handling: Baked eclairs are best eaten fresh. The product should be stored refrigerated.
