Vegan chocolate cake with strawberry, blueberries, raspberries, and orange rind

This intense organic refined flour chocolate and coffee bundt cake is studded with blueberry, strawberry, raspberry and orange rind . It is then doused in our signature Belgian chocolate ganache (100% Callebaut !) infused with Kahlua. The cake is accented with homemade nut praline and dehydrated oranges. 

All flavours used are natural and no artificial essences have been used. 

Made with organic unrefined sugar,  uses aluminium free baking agents and contains no preservation, chemical or transfat

Ingredients: Organic maida / refined flour, cornflour, oil, organic cane sugar, aluminium free baking powder , aluminium free baking soda, blueberries, strawberry, raspberry, coffee, Kahlua,  organic rock salt , vanilla, nut praline, Callebaut cocoa, Callebaut chocolate, vinegar.

Storage and handling: The product should be kept refrigerated and served cold. This can be frozen for a longer shelf life.
