Vegan Brownie, Gianduja And Belgian Chocolate Cake
Product information: I really enjoy making my own gianduja (nutella-esque hazelnut chocolate spread) and have been making it for years now, but the idea of incorporating this in cakes is still new to me. (Silly I know ). I love being able to recommend and bring together flavours for you. I love it more when you give me a free hand !
Here's one such cake after my own heart. Three layers of the world's best brownies, filled in with hazelnut gianduja whipped cream and covered with Belgian chocolate ganache.
Refined flour free and refined sugar free, uses aluminium free baking agents and contains no preservation, chemical or transfat.
Ingredients: organic whole wheat, organic cane sugar, Rich whipping cream, vegetable oil, aluminium free baking powder ,cocoa powder, organic rock salt, hazelnut, callebaut chocolate, vanilla extract
