Flavored with butterscotch, this cheesecake has a crunchy base made with organic whole wheat, organic cane sugar and aluminum free baking agents. 

The cheesecake body is baked and made without the use of any gluten or binding agents. 

The cake is topped with homemade cashew praline, a vegan butterscotch sauce all hemmed in with swirls of non dairy whipping cream. 

Ingredients: organic whole-wheat, Vegetable oil, organic cane  sugar, aluminium free baking soda, aluminium free baking powder, lemon juice , lemon rind, apple cider vinegar, coconut milk, cashews (not organic), arrowroot, sesame, organic beans, organic rock salt, butterscotch flavoring, non dairy whipping cream.
