Product information: This cake is made with three layers of Organic whole wheat vanilla cake layered with homemade hazelnut praline and organic black raspberry and rosemary . The cake is filled and frosted with organic strawberry preserve flavoured nondairy whipped cream. 

The fruit used for this cake has been grown organically and procured during season. The fruit is homefrozen without the use of any chemicals and preservatives. 

The pink clour of the frosting is natural and uses vegetable pigment. The butterflies are made of paper and supported on wires. These should be removed before eating the cake. 

As usual, it is refined flour and refined sugar free and uses organic ingredients where possible as also aluminum free baking powder.

Ingredients: Organic whole wheat, organic cane sugar, baking soda, aluminum free baking powder, organic pineapple, vegetable oil, and soy based non dairy whipped cream, hazelnut, vegetable oil, organic rock salt, Organic Black Raspberry, Organic Strawberry.
