Product information: all vegan and organic , three layers of vanilla sponge, layered with bakeart coconut and organic strawberry ice cream, covered with berry flavoured non dairy whipping cream, hand painted.

Ingredients: organic wheat, organic cane sugar, Rich whipping cream, almond/soy milk, baking powder , baking soda, coconut cream, oil, organic strawberries, cornstarch/arrowroot.

Storage and handling: Cakes should be consumed immediately or within 3 days from purchase if refrigerated. Ice cream cakes should be stored frozen and thawed in the refrigerator at least 60-120 minutes prior to consumption. 

Shelf Life: For immediate consumption and no more than 3 days if refrigerated.
