Product information: This cake is made with three layers of organic whole wheat vanilla sponge layered with organic mangoes. The cake is filled and frosted with coconut vanilla cream. Beetroot is used as food colouring in this cake. 

The fruit used for this cake has been grown organically and procured during season. The fruit is home-frozen without the use of any chemicals and preservatives. 

Ingredients: Organic whole wheat, organic cane sugar, icing sugar(this is refined sugar),  aluminum free baking powder, beetroot, vinegar, organic rock salt,  vegetable oil, canned coconut cream, vanilla extract, cornflour, agar, organic mangoes.
