Product information: Three layers of vegan and organic whole wheat vanilla bean and saffron flavoured sponge, filled and frosted with organic mangoes flavoured non dairy whipped cream, layered generously with diced mango and piped with saffron infused non-dairy whipped cream. 

Refined sugar and refined flour free, uses aluminium free baking powder and only natural fruit and spice derived flavours. No artificial flavourings or preservatives used.

Ingredients: organic whole-wheat, organic cane sugar, plant milk, aluminium  free baking powder, baking soda, non dairy whipped cream, organic mangoes, organic cold pressed coconut oil,  vanilla bean, saffron.
