Vanilla and strawberry cake with mango - 650 grams

Product information: Two layers of vegan and organic whole wheat vanilla flavoured sponge, filled and frosted with homemade organic strawberry preserve flavoured non dairy whipped cream, layered with diced mangoes and strawberries and accented with sugar beads and wafer paper flowers. 

Refined sugar and refined flour free, uses aluminium free baking powder and only natural fruit derived flavours. No artificial flavourings or preservatives used.

Ingredients: organic whole-wheat, organic cane sugar, plant milk, aluminium  free baking powder, baking soda, non dairy whipped cream, organic mangoes, vegetable oil,  vanilla bean, strawberries, sugar beads, wafer paper.
