Product information: This is a three layer organic whole wheat cake, flavoured with vanilla . The cake is brushed with homemade organic strawberry preserve, layered with organic strawberries and frosted with home made strawberry preserve flavoured non-dairy whipping cream. 

The cake is accented with fresh sliced strawberries. 

Uses organic whole wheat, organic cane sugar, aluminium free baking powder, home-made organic strawberry preserve and is completely preservation free and baked from scratch to order. 

The cake is seasonal and we will be using fresh fruit when in season and available with us for your order or home frozen organic fruit.

Storage and handling: Cakes should be consumed immediately or within 3 days from purchase if refrigerated.
