Product information:  Three layers of organic whole wheat chocolate sponge, filled and covered with organic strawberry preserve flavoured non-dairy whipped cream. 

The cake is accented with vegan fondant and vegan food colors. 

Refined sugar and refined flour free, uses aluminum free baking agents.  No artificial flavorings or preservatives used.

Ingredients: organic whole wheat, organic cane sugar, vegetable oil, organic rock salt, aluminum free baking powder, aluminum free baking soda, vinegar, cocoa powder, home made organic strawberry preserve, non-dairy whipping cream, vegan fondant, vegan food coloring.
