Product information: A very special vegan and sugarless, icecream cake made with organic ingredients ! Three layers of vanilla sponge baked with organic strawberry and all organic ingredients , layered with sugarless vegan Organic strawberry swirl ice-cream, very lightly covered with non dairy whipped cream and loaded with organic strawberry and black cherries . The cake uses handpounded dates for sweetening :) 

Ingredients: organic wheat, hand pounded dates, Rich whipping cream, almond/soy milk, baking powder , baking soda, coconut cream, oil, organic strawberries, cornstarch/arrowroot, organic cherries.

Storage and handling: Cakes should be consumed immediately or within 3 days from purchase if refrigerated. Ice cream cakes should be stored frozen and thawed in the refrigerator at least 60-120 minutes prior to consumption. 

Shelf Life: For immediate consumption and no more than 3 days if refrigerated.
