Phirni And Gulab-jamun Tart

Product information: An ode to produce and to creativity ! This fusion dessert contains three elements. The tart shell is a baked whole-wheat pastry which is essentially unsweetened to balance out the sweetness of the dessert it holds. The vegan Phirni and the vegan gulab jamun are both home made from scratch. 

Ingredients: Organic whole wheat, oil, organic rock salt, Organic cane sugar, cardamom, plant milk, organic rice, saffron, almond, pistachios, potato starch, bread crumbs, refined flour (used for the gulab jamun).
