Product information: A vegan two layer vanilla and strawberry cake. This cake is filled and frosted with home made organic strawberry preserve flavored non dairy whipping cream and also layered with organic strawberries.

The strawberry used in your cake is grown organically and has been frozen without any chemicals or preservatives. For this reason you may experience the loss of crunch in the fruit as it thaws. 

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic cane sugar, vegetable oil, Non dairy whipped cream, aluminum free baking powder, baking soda, plant milk, fresh / home frozen seasonal organic strawberry, vanilla .
