This is an extra moist organic whole wheat orange cake made with an egg replacer and organic orange juice. The cake is swirled with raspberry jam and is topped with an entirely homemade organic marmalade glaze.
Refined flour free and refined sugar free, uses aluminium free baking agents and contains no preservation, chemical or transfat.
The raspberry used in this cake is bought frozen from the market.
