Orange and raspberry swirl cake with orange marmalade glaze

This is an extra moist organic whole wheat orange cake made with an egg replacer and organic orange juice. The cake is swirled with raspberry jam and is topped with an entirely homemade organic marmalade glaze. 

Refined flour free and refined sugar free,  uses aluminium free baking agents and contains no preservation, chemical or transfat. 

The raspberry used in this cake is bought frozen from the market. 

Ingredients: Organic Wholewheat flour,  cornflour, canola oil, organic cane sugar, agar, aluminium free baking powder , aluminium free baking soda, frozen raspberries  organic rock salt , vanilla, egg replacer, home made organic marmalade.
