Three layer chocolate cake filled with mint chocolate chip flavoured non dairy whipping cream, sprinkled generously with Callebaut callets, covered with belgian chocolate ganache and hand-painted :) As always, completely vegan, whole wheat only , refined sugar free, organic ingredients, aluminium free baking powder , no preservatives whatsoever ! 

Ingredients: Organic whole-wheat, organic cane sugar, Callebaut dark chocolate, Rich whipping cream, aluminium free baking powder , baking soda, vegetable oil, coconut oil, coconut cream, Lorann mint chocolate chip flavouring.
