Product information: A cheesecake to satisfy the discerning ! The base of this cheesecake is an organic whole wheat cookie made with organic cane sugar and aluminium free baking powder. The mango cheesecake is made with seasonal organic mangoes, coconut milk, agar, cashews and organic cane sugar. The cheesecake is topped with a layer of dried blueberries gelled with agar, sweetened with organic cane sugar and livened up with organic lemon juice.  

Ingredients: organic wholewheat, organic cane  sugar, plant milk, baking soda, aluminium free baking powder, organic mangoes, coconut milk, cashews (not organic) dried Blueberry (not organic), agar, corn starch, organic rock salt.

Storage and handling: The product should be kept frozen and thawed for 15-20 minutes or until soft before serving.
