Product information: Three layers of organic Whole-wheat vanilla sponge baked with fresh organic strawberry, layered with deseeded organic cherries and rosemary compote and filled and frosted with non-dairy whipped cream flavored with lemon.  

The fruit used for this cake is grown organically or chemical free and is frozen at home and stored without the use of any preservatives or chemicals.

Refined sugar and refined flour free, uses aluminum free baking powder and only natural fruit derived flavors. No artificial flavorings or preservatives used.

Fresh seasonal flowers are used for accenting this cake. 

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic cane sugar, vegetable oil, organic strawberry, organic black cherry, aluminum free baking powder, rosemary, lemon, vinegar, vanilla, organic rock salt.
