Lemon and fresh blueberry cake with vegan white chocolate glaze - 800 grams


Product information: An organic whole wheat Bundt cake flavoured with the sourness of fresh lemon and studded amply with fresh blueberries. The blueberry used for this cake is locally grown. The cake uses unrefined organic sugar and is made with metal free baking agents. 

The cake is covered with a homemade vegan white chocolate glaze. 

Ingredients: Organic whole wheat, aluminum free baking powder, baking soda, rock salt, vegetable oil, unrefined Organic sugar, Madagascar vanilla, fresh Indian blueberries, cocoa butter, egg replacer, lemon, vinegar, coconut milk.
