This two layer organic whole-wheat cake is flavoured mildly with lavender flowers and covered with organic lemon flavoured non-dairy whipped cream very lightly flavoured with lavender flowers. The cake has an unforgettable mild floral flavor paired with the tanginess of lemon. 

Made with organic cane sugar, baking soda, aluminium free baking powder, vegetable oil and non dairy whipped cream, the cake uses vegan food colours and vegan edible beads for accenting.
